Case Study 2

JUCONI is an organisation based in Ecuador that provides specialised educational and therapeutic services to street-working children and their families. JUCONI had been successfully raising funds from overseas but had found it challenging to find funds from within Ecuador. Clear Fundraising worked with the organisation for a period of 6 months. During this time, we worked with staff and trustees in identifying income streams and trained staff on how to maintain relationships with key funders. Clear Fundraising also developed a bespoke fundraising handbook which provided JUCONI with dedicated advice on how to fundraise from companies and individuals. We accompanied the British Ambassador on a visit to meet JUCONI's beneficiaries.  Following the implementation of strategies devised by Clear Fundraising, JUCONI now has an established fundraiser in post. The organisation is accepting donations on-line and has been given a grant of $141,000 from a source identified by Clear Fundraising.

Case Study 3

Over a period of 8 months Clear Fundraising worked for Action for Children (formerly NCH) as the interim head of the Major Donor and Trust team. During this period, Clear Fundraising managed the team, set budgets, recruited new staff and managed the Big Lottery Fund Applications.
